Reviews and Ratings
I found the hotel to be quite convenient due to its proximity to the main gate, despite a slightly musty smell upon arrival. The room was to my liking and comfortable, but perhaps in need of new mattresses. Despite a quirky TV remote, we managed to make it work with some creativity.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The room was a good size and clean, but the bathroom light and fan stopped working, which was a bit inconvenient. The hotel only had two queen beds, and I felt an additional bed or sofa bed would have been better. The service was amazing, from housekeepers to maintenance workers, however, the issue of them entering the room was a bit concerning. The location was super convenient for visiting the convention center and Disneyland, but the proximity to family was a huge bonus. The dining options were great for a quick bite before heading out, and the continental breakfast was a plus. The facilities were decent, nothing extraordinary.
The hotel has a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious and had a pull-out sofa, but they were plagued by noise from the ice maker, poor lighting, and stuffiness with a persistent odor issue. The service was notably friendly and helpful, yet the breakfast options were not the best. The location was convenient for a Disneyland visit but could use improvements in dining quality.
Our stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. On the bright side, it was great for our family, and the service was good. However, the rooms were somewhat outdated, felt unclean, and smelled bad.
My recent Disney trip was ok overall. The rooms had 2 queen beds which were super comfortable and came with a microwave and mini fridge, so we brought our snacks and heated our meals as needed. However, the AC did not cool the room adequately, which was a bit of a downside.
The hotel provided a spacious room with a king bed and pull-out couch, which was very clean and comfortable. The service was excellent with friendly and accommodating staff. The location was good, close to Disney Land and places to eat, but the noise level could be disturbing. The dining options were varied, ranging from good and tasty to mediocre. Overall, a comfortable stay with some minor drawbacks.
